yesterday Poorva via Dhanbad departed from NDLS 2 hrs late, but reached HWH 90 minutes late only, if this train would have travelled Via Patna, would have reached HWH atleast 6 hours late

This block is due to ballast changing & track.renewal operations One such block has been taken by ER b/w Rampurhat Pakur & has been continuing for past 2 yrs
if 12304/12303 diverted via ALD_BSB-MGS-PNBE then what

Most probably yes. i think after BSB - ALD electrification 12303/12304 should also travel via BSB
