Complete Discrimination by IR towards zones.
Its good that trains are getting LHBfied but it should be in proper manner in uniform ways...
Here are the trains which has gone rake conversion from ICF to LHB (I am not including Rajdhani, Shatabdi, Duronto, and trains that directly got LHB on their introduction).

And Sir I dont think ki itni bhi dikkat hoti hogi bcoz agar aap last 1 year me dekhe to bahut se rakes LHB nikale back to back: SC-SHM AC, BKN-MAS AC, KYQ-YPR AC, MAS-SRC AC, Shree Shakti Express (2 rakes), LTT NZM AC + conversion of PUNE...
