Should be safe, not technically or prima facie since buffer is practically 30 min. Malwa gets delayed by 1-1.30 hrs. So practically chain might work.

i have been travelling in dakshin for more than a decade now and it remains late at every station by 10 to 15 mins and hence was confirming the same since i havent traveled in malwa even once :)
