The passenger of Dombivali who traveled in this train last Wednesday had ordered Veg Biryani from pantry car. There was a large size caterpillar in it. When passenger complained to pantry manager he denied it and was very rude wid the passenger. Passenger further complained to TTE and to the Railway Toll Free Number

dude , don't worry. The passenger was smart. He followed all the steps. Also he waited for a week and now he leaked the news in the press.
