The passenger of Dombivali who traveled in this train last Wednesday had ordered Veg Biryani from pantry car. There was a large size caterpillar in it. When passenger complained to pantry manager he denied it and was very rude wid the passenger. Passenger further complained to TTE and to the Railway Toll Free Number

May be IR officials had assured him that they will look into the matter.
The passenger might have though that lets wait for a week to give the officials the time. After waiting for a week , may be there was no satisfactory progress and so he went to the press.
