Will it be possible to board a train without a E-Ticket in printed form? I mean to ask, Tomorrow I am about to go to Chennai (from Bangalore) in Lalbagh Express. I've booked my ticket online, but due to some network issues I am not able to get the ticket printed. However I've received SMS alert & I do have my ID card. Can I have the rights to board the train, with out the ticket printout?

Dude I have once travelled in Mas-hwh mailfrom Mas to kgp and I didnt have an PRS but I took a printout by outtig my PNR on Indian railways and I took that printout and have an vallied ID card and NoTTE has right to charge more than 50rs ok Dont worry and Have a happy and Safe journey
