On 11.11.2014 , I made a journey from New Delhi to Haridwar by 12055 Jan Shatabdi Express in II seating.I booked ticket for this on 20.10.2014 vide PNR 2526559332 and was given 67 window seat and 62 seat nos in coach D4. On entering the coach I noticed that 67 was a middle seat and not a window seat as was booked. Moreover 62 seat was in a different row. Normally when you book a ticket in advance by more than 20 days, you expect to get two adjoining seats, particularly when more than 600 seats were vacant at the time of booking. There

oh yes, you should have got the LB then. But as IRCTC don't have the authority to prepare charts and I guess the charts are being made at divisional levels. Then maybe IRCTC don't pass on the info of your preference to the zonal level or divisional level and so the chart preparing authority allots you berths randomly.
This has happened to me also many times. I have got the most averted berth by me ie. middle berth despite the LBs being vacant after chart.
