while were are debating exact effects of Premium Tatkal on ordinary train travelers, PT has found patronage in few Air Travelers too. One of my friend, was contemplating taking PT in 2A in 12558 Sapt Kranti with fare Rs 5047 approx, while Delhi-Patna is lowest fare today is 8600 (add fare for patna-mfp stretch travel too and it kisses 10k).
and this maths is looking attractive for few extra moneywise flight travelers.
