any admin please contact me, any RF pls contact me,,,,,, i am in kanpur central CNB,,, luggage missed in 22823 @ 6:30 am, and train went new delhi NDLS, will reach NDLS by 11 am, crossed KULWA @ 10 am..... pls help me any body.....

Contact Kanpur Station master, your luggage will be taken by New Delhi station master.

Contact Nos of Railway Station Kanpur 0512-2323001,2232275, 2324181, 2324185. You can try, not sure phones working or not.
I think the best thing is to contact Railway or Railway Police authority. I think no person would take the risk of taking care of your personal belongings without knowing you in this day and age. Just curious did you become a member of IRI today for posting this message? Honestly lot of risk involved in these kind of things nowadays. You never know what is inside the luggage.
