There are no direct trains from Borivali to Kalyan. The timegap is very less as well as risky. Time taken to reach kalyan will be more because of evening peak hour rush. You have following options -
1) There is no direct connectivity between Borivali and kalyan. You can take a bus from Borivali for Thane(Min 45 min-1 hour even more during evening). And take a local from thane to kalyan(20-30 mins).
2) Take a direct taxi from Borivali for Kalyan. But that will be costly for you.
