I am (i was) tracking train Nr 12623 (Chennai-TVM mail) started on 25th March.
In our website and www.spoturtrain.com website...it shows a delay of 3 hours...suprisingly in the railways official railway it shows "No Delay"...

As per the screenshot, you checked this site for the live status as per Departure Date = Friday, Mar 25, i.e. arrival at Trivandrum on Saturday, Mar 26.
You checked the official site for TVC arrival on Friday, Mar 25, i.e. Departure Date = Thursday, Mar 24.
Different departure dates = different statuses.
