FRANKESTEIN~ 459 blog postsi want to ask one qstn.... if my train is late more than 3 hrs... when will i fill tdr, so that i can get full refund....??
like i have to board 15026 train from lucknow... but it is reschedule by more than 6 hrs from originating station... then its obvious it will not reach lucknow before 3 hrs delay.... so when will i fill tdr...

In case of train running late by more than three hours & the passenger not performing journey on this account ,full refund is permitted subject to the condition that the ticket is surrendered/TDR obtained in case of I-ticket, if is in E-ticket customer should file online/mail to IRCTC within the prescribed time limits which are as under-

So in my case.. What should I do? I'm not going to perform any journey.. At what tym I'll file tdr?? I mean after actual departure or schedule departure of this train...
