I have observed a number of times ,when 11024 makes to PA by 06:30. So, if it can be dispatched from PA by 06:45, it could easily make it to TGN well before 12124 Deccan Queen Exp

This cannot happen. Sayadri Exp undergoes Loco change at Pune. Moreover priority is given to 06:30 PUNE-LNL EMU. If Sayadri departs at 06:45 then it will eventually have to trail this EMU due to which DQ(DQ arrives LNL minutes after the PUNE-LNL EMU),Pragati will be delayed. And CR cannot delay DQ and Pragati.
I think even if 11024 trails this EMU, it can reach TGN by 07:45.....after which it could surrender to DQ for an OT.
It would still be good enough....DQ cant make it to TGN in 30 mins from PA...It takes around 35 to 40 mins
