It is something to do with assisting people serving in defense forces...
Movement Control Office, an office meant to make rail reservations for the armed forces personnel / Defence Quota.
MCO means military de-attachment office. Generally they give sign boards regarding their location at any railway station. Generally at other stations like pune and bareilly,they are at the pf 1,but no idea regarding VSKP.
Earlier the reservation office was situated just outside pf-1 exit, but the place was shifted.
