IRCTC should introduce ticket download option ( with password protection)may be as .pdf format. It will be of great convenience for passengers who do not carry printouts. Such passengers could download the ticket as pdf to their respective laptops or smartphones during the journey. How can we give suggestion or feedback to Indian Railways?
