Nagpur was formally the capital for MP which I believe included Chattisgarh too under it
so, now when the capital is Raipur still it serves Bilaspur then why wont it serve the former capital? in anyways it serves many imp cities too Durg Bhillai etc.. Everyone gets serviced :)
