If we want to give suggestion for new lines, electrification of lines and new trains, then there is separate head for each, so should we have to send separate suggestion for each head?
yes u will have to do the same..it will hence improve the chances of ur suggestion being taken into consideration..Govt. has threfore done this categorisatn to keep in mind easy handling and listening to suggestions in systematic way
