Select TDR option on IRCTC under transactions
and select reason Passenger not travelled because train more than 3 hrs late

So this TDR will be allowed only after departure from the station i have booked ?
No. After chart is prepared u can file tdr any time.select the reason " train late by more than 3 hours and passenger not travelled
