What is the difference between RLWL and RSWL quota?
While checking seat availability between Secundrabad to Nagpur in 12723 for date of Journey 29th Dec 2014 in sleeper and 3 ac class it shows RSWL66/WL45 and RSWL21/WL8 but at the same time when I am checking between Ballarshah to Bhopal it shows REGRET/RLWL1 and RLWL6/WL3.
Would request experience Members to enlight me on difference between the RLWL and RSWL quota. I have not seen RSWL quota in any other mail express train so far except rajdhani trains.
