Question: During 10 AM to 12 noon, only 2 Tatkal bookings are permitted from 1 ID and 1 IP address. In case of corporate offices where there is only 1 public IP for entire network, multiple people can't book though they are genuine. Is there a way to overcome this problem?

Thank you. Alternate options like personal laptop, booking via mobile, using dongle are all good. My question was to understand if railways is acknowledging this problem and trying to address it?
