I fully support your view. But PGT divn treats MAQ like this only. Even there were times when reservation forms would be in Malayalam + English and not in Kannada+ English. They depend on MAQ and Mangaluru port for its revenue, but when it comes to development, it is to elsewhere.
Even Matsyagandha Exp has Malayalam boards, though it never enters Kerala. But that can be justified, since it almost touches Kerala border and lot of people from Kerala would be using this train. But never the local language as happened in this case.
