We all know trains are still running with 25 year old timetable even after doubling of the tracks.Problem lies with the time management.What we need is a dedicated group of people who can sit together with a vision to reduce the running time and revise TT acoordingly.At present SR will never do that because touching time table of one train will make cascading effect on the other trains.SR will never take that headache unless there is a strict instruction from ministry.Till then they will continue to waste public time and keep on saying "NO" to new trains.Other wise also they can reduce unnecessary slack time between stations,for example the distance between TCR and SRR is hardly 30 KM with line doubled, all north bound trains are given 1 hour running time,even Rajadhani also not exempted from this, just because there is a division change.same is the case between Kasargod and Mangalore...
