No body is forcing one to board it for only for who can afford it...Railways sees it a way of making revenue from it as simple as that & these are occasional/seasonal ones won't work in regular case.
Even JS Spl are being run when possible you would have seen that,there were good number instances of that in last few months...
this is the time for spl , i see last min press release by scr
17th trip is already full. 19th trip has only a few available in AC class and sleeper is in RAC
