can any body tell how many rakes are available for poorva express including both gaya bound and patna bound.

so at which station is the 3rd rake halted. new delhi or howrah
Its not like 3rd rake is halted somewhere. All the 3 rakes run continuously. Presently at this time 9.45 AM, ideally, 1 rake must in NDLS yard, 1 must have just departed HWH and 3rd rake will arrive HWH today at 5 PM.
In the evening 6PM, if u see, 1 rake will be in HWH yard, 1 just departed NDLS and 3rd rake will reach NDLS tomorrow morning..

todays poorva 12303 via patna was cancelled. so no rake will be reaching ndls tommorow. so will the 12382 poorv via gaya will also be cancelled tommorow.
