The route you're talking about has already completed GC..from Sivan to Thawe to Narkatiaganj

Then I think the TT updated in IRI needs to be. Changed...BTW is there any route existed via Mashrakh or is this a new line project?
Iri tt is correct because special is running on the siwan route.
