Is it possible that a train like lucknow mail covers 102 Km in just 52 min

Not possible. Even with utmost preference given n also monitored by the board itself, 102 km can't b covered in 52 mins, not with a 110 kmh coaches.
No much deal if wap 5 is given. The train gets a utmost preference in the section n is monitored by the board itself. 102 km in 52 mins, that's not possible by SF trains if running continously at 110 too without any restrictions.

102 km in 52 min means faster than BCT rajdhani / bhopal shatabdi / gatimaan express.
Even LHB coaches trains not have that much speed and lucknow mail is not LHB train.
