i booked 6 tickets on irctc and the amount was Rs1070. After some time i canceled that ticket but i received a message that amt 710 will be refunded. Why is it so why did they cut so much amount
Rs.60 per passenger was deducted as cancellation charges. So total 360 Rs was deducted for 6 peoples and rest of the amount will be refunded.
such high cancellation charge!! dis rule was not dere before very pathetic rule
since the passengers are more so the multipled amount results in more bigger cancellation value..
