may be he she would not wiling to travel in certain city which belongs to mumbai howrah route so thats why he not want to run more train and given red,
There must be an option to state the reason for flagging red in imaginary trains, as many people flag red without providing any reason & when we try to ascertain reason they become mute which adds to further frustration of creator...
