Ranchi Garib Rath has two rake and second rake is running only once in a week.

But look at the benefit tata people are getting. I believe Tata too part of Jharkhand and there is no reduction in quota for Ranchi guys.
At the end of the day both Ranchi, tata and Rourkela part of same railway zone i.e. SER.
