Even I got the message and it lacks sense, commonsense.
If a ticket is cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the departure of the train, 25% of the actual fare will be deducted as per railway reservation rules. Check the dates. Date of journey is 5th and the ticket has been cancelled on 3rd at 18:47.

720 ki cnf tkt hai aur 720 ke 25% 180 hote hai 720*25/100=180 iss liye
koi bhi class ho, 2 din me ticket cancel karwane par 25% money katta hai. 25% of 2880 is 720 only. so its apt...
