Being a zonal HQ SC should have more general ticket counters...huge rush infront of counters in peak hours..BZA is best in this it has more number of general tkt counters than any other station in IR..
One good thing is ticket counters are distributed at different places though they are less in number...
People use more General couners in PF1 side....PF10 side counters will be free most times
