I have a query need help suppose we book a tatkal ticket in AC n 1 ticket comes Confirm n Other comes WL n Remains WL so can the WL person travel (He is SS)

Yes the wl person can travel. He may not get a berth. Both of you need to share a single berth in that case
you have to convince TTE for a seat or you have to share the seat. The TTE wont fine because partially wl ticket name will appear in the chart.
For a situation,where In a single ticket/same pnr a person has both confirmed and wait listed passenger he may be allowed to travel in majority of cases but for premium trains it may be different.
He/she can travel Just intimate the on-board TTE before embarking in the train.
