SBC mail from MAS - SBC cncl charges is 95 - ( 3 A) ( DOJ - 23rd instant ) where as 12028 CC cancelation charges 180 ( doj - 22nd instant ) - CC cncl charges is more than 3A ?

I have clearly mentioned 14th twice. What exactly is the confusion? BTW I just mentioned Mahashivratri was on the 17th.
I missed out 14th on first instance,now my statement stands edited...
But according to Mr.Kalingas shouldn't it be 50%? The cancellation time is 4.20pm. The train departs at 8pm.
Actually, it should be 50 %. Thats the confusion here. If cancellation was done before 2 pm, it should be 25 % and what you got as refund is correct. But you cancelled it by 4 pm.
I canceled at 4.20pm as I checked my friends call time(He was accompanying me) at 4.15pm. I couldn't have canceled earlier.
