If it is possible then only I will book WL ticket otherwise I will try tatkal quota for 2AC.

I have not booked tickets as the current status for 1AC is being shown as WL-7/8. Since there is no tatkal for 1AC, I was wondering if this waitlist will get cleared to get confirmed tickets for 1AC or not?
I Dont Count on it...
