Ques. 1 Hi I booked two tickets via IRCTC in Tatkal Quota for Sampoorna Karnti Ex. 12394, but later on my cousin cancelled his plan of journey, so should I cancel this ticket?
Ques. 2 Or if I have some extra luggage then I can retain this berth; even if the second person of the two confirmed allotted births is not travelling?
Ques. 3 Or I can share/give this berth with any co-passenger or in need? As I have mentioned my ID for tatkal ticket.

4 Last is that will the TTE cancel the ticket by himself founding the second person is not travelling without my consent?
Highly appreciated if any knows and can answer all these ques. significantly.
