Its indeed a good budget taking initiative on customer service, cleanliness, augmentation of coaches, completing the pending projects, stressing on punctuality, food quality served on board, delegation of powers to Zonal GMs.
Its 180 degree phase shift from the routine presentation which concentrates on announcing new survey, projests and trains and also extensions bucking under political pressure.
