Increasing ARP window to 120 days!!!! Worst decision ever..... Now it will become more difficult to get a confirmed ticket! Railway Touts must be having a big bash at the moment!!!!!
Too much of expectation was there from this minister...but did not expect this decision which will end up becoming beneficial for the touts
