Is their any chance of introduction of trains before next rail budget. As this year no new trains announced is their any chance in near future???

Once General budget is presented,later discussions on both budgets shall be there so need to wait till the sessions are completed to get any new trains info...The first part of the session would be from February 23 to March 20 and the second part from April 20 to May 8.
No mostly budget will be passed in First part expect before March 20th....
