i thought may be i am just guessing not confirmed mostly persons on IRI i have seen given Grievances to railway about cleanness and many other things through PG Portal and they get success.
the guys at PGportal are really pathetic at giving replies...........
stealing coaches??? The rake belongs to TVC Division which holds the maximum number of old coaches. the new coaches allotted to TVC Div are mostly in BBQ now and instead coaches frm MDU n other divs are plying for TVC DIV
MAS division is the thief.........Remember where the LHB rake for NZM-TVC SF went missing and then was spotted in TN
