Regarding train number 12860 Howrah - Mumbai Gitanjali Express: I do not understand why this train is so much over crowded all throughout the year.
If someone travels from Howrah to Mumbai in Train no 12810 (Mumbai Mail) or train no 12102 (Gyaneshwari Express), it effectively consumes only one working day. Whereas travelling by Gitanjali almost consumes 2 working days.
Similar is the condition for passengers travelling from Howrah to Bilaspur/Raipur. Gitanjali eats up almost a working day whereas Mail and Gyaneshwari do not spoil any working day.

Reason is most of important stations are coming in day time so train is overcrowded, moreover train is old, famous between people and counted as one of fastest trains enroute , Geetanjali bas naam he kaafi hai....
