Its just a special train, And special trains by fate are bound to run late... :)
agreed....but not like any other spl train ie summer or winter, as per news this has been introduced now, but shall be regularized to have a dedicated o/n train to

There is no official news of regularisation, And even if was inaugural run then too it would have run late...
