I think bus #355 will take you to Anushaktinagar. You can board the bus at KURLA S.T.DEPOT.
By train, from Mulund board train going towards CSTM and get down at Kurla. From Kurla change to harbour line and board trains going towards Vashi/Panvel and get down at Mankhurd. Direct ticket will be issued to Mankhurd from Mulund via Kurla.

From Kurla stn (East) to Anushakthi Nagar: Direct bus is 360. Frequency once in 25-30 minutes.
Alternately, from Kurla (East), take 361/362/363/367/369/431 to Swastik Park (4 stops). You will get any of these buses in 2 = 3 minutes. From Swastik Park, you can get 92 and 399 to Anushakthi nagar. Frequency of 92/ 399 is 15-20 min.
Alternately, get 501 from Kurla (E) and get down at Telecom Factory stop. From here, you will get many buses to Trombay/ Anushakthi nagar (352, 364, 374, 382, 21, 399, 355, 663, etc).
