Though i m a bihari but i must admit that that there is a lot of partiality in ir..bhopal the capital of mp and a city of more than 17+ lakhs has lesser number of ROB's than muzaffarpur...the city bhopal is suffering from a lot of trafic related crisis..but nobody cares.. :-(
