If IR need to decongest platforms cut down unauthorized vendors,Authorised vendors,Stray dogs,Beggars because these are the original congesting elements..IR will never attend to this.
I myself know atleast 3 stray dogs in egmore..So you want me to believe that you are going to charge these dogs more. Hi Hi ...comedians
