any possible chance to run this train with LHB rake so that Chennai mail will run independent??

I am aware of history of both the trains...but how come only coro should get LHB by delinking RSA by showing reason imp train and MAS mail get independent run?
What is wrong if both get LHB if SER allocates....
And any way i has provided my view why RSA cant be reorganized just for sake of LHB
