Rake maintenance of East Coast exp is done at HTE division of SER dats why it has RSA with HWH-HTE Exp
Increase some time between PUNE & MMR as it is a single line section mostly..otherwise it's fine for me

but HWH-HTE EXP has 2 HA rake but east coast don't have
