BAY doesn't have terminal facilities. Also since the rake has to get back to UBL anyhow I suggested this route. HPT is not far from BAY. But even your route can be done GDG-BAY-JRU-HRR-UBL.
if this is used only by LTT-SUR pass ...then why did SWR proposed and started this train...let SWR cancel this train and use this rake for some useful train.
For SUR pass comfort CR will take care of.
Good if really UBL div will increase freq and take back to UBL from ASK for maintenance.
I am not against extension of this train, but what...

If BAY doesnot have terminal facilities then what facilities do ASK has
If train comes back empty from ASK to UBL then the same rake can come from BAY also which is just 208kms 100kms less than ask

First of all, all three trains belonged to SWR. First CR snatched 11013/14 Kurla Exp and extended it to CBE. Next they took Chalukya Exp and extended 3 days to PDY and 3 more days to TEN. Now they took Udyan sighting the reason as RSA with Siddeshwar. How many times SWR has to start trains to Mumbai, transfer it rakes and then extend the trains? Let CR run dedicated train to Bangalore if they want!
