Yes, but that is only because of scarcity of CC coaches with SR/TVC. Two coaches were rendered useless after the accident. In fact, they are still lying at the accident spot.
I thought 2 new coaches were added post the accident. Hasn't it been done? Is the train running with lesser coaches?
