After speeding up of the train yesterday in HWH-BWN cord line, I noticed that our A-1 coach #ER09054 is severely getting shacked or trembled or vibrated. Along with that tremendous sound is being generated & we are unable to even seat & speak properly. So, I wrote a complaint to #9717630982 with my PNR no & details of experience after BWN. I got call from Railways at Durgapur & as soon as train arrived at Asansoal, a team of 15 people with Divisional Mech. Engineer in lead arrived to our coach & asked me about the issue. train was detained for 10 minutes & thorough checking was done. Refer Picture. Nothing special was found. So, the train started & four members of the team boarded our coach & witnessed the entire thing upto Dhanbad. TTE also infored that, the same problem is continuing for past three months. SDAH division is taking no action with written (off line) complaint by passengers. The team note down the entire issue along with coach details and assured us nothing to get tensed. I also received call from senior railway officials, several times. After reaching Delhi, one railway official came to me & asked me about the entire scenario. Finally I received an sms, saying, necessary action to be taken during maintenance. #JaiHoIndiaRailways.
