I want to transport my bike from hyderabad to saugor (sgo).
Can that be done directly or it can be done only via Bhopal?

Be very cautious and try forcing them to transport your bike in direct train or with minimum interchange points. As it happened with my friend he booked his bike from delhi to pune what they did is loaded the bike in indirect train and it reached him after 3-4 days and it was loaded and unloaded at bina, et, mmr and then pune. Plus it got damaged too due to such callousness of officials. Even then there is no gurantee that even if you load the bike in the direct train and it will reach at the destination without being unloaded in between as at times due to huge load at intermediate stations they might unload it there, and again load it in the next avbl train. So nobody can gurantee for safe transportation.
